Privacy notice
This notice describes how The Last Accounting Company ("LAC") handles the personal data you give us through the pilot contact form on this site. We've kept it short on purpose — we collect very little, and we use it for one thing.
1. Who is the controller
Bloom Systems Oy (Y-tunnus 3616618-4), Helsinki, Finland — operating as The Last Accounting Company.

2. What we collect
From the pilot contact form:
- Required — your name, email address, the language you used, and the time you submitted.
- Optional — your company name and anything you choose to write about your firm, accounting needs, or current pain points.
- Technical — your browser's user-agent string and the referring URL, captured automatically when you submit. We use these to spot bot submissions and understand how people find us.
The site also stores your language preference (lac-lang) in your browser's local storage. This never leaves your device.
3. Why we collect it and on what legal basis
- Purpose — to put you in the pilot queue, contact you when there is a slot, and understand whether our service fits your firm.
- Lawful basis — your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), given by submitting the form. We also rely on legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) for understanding our prospective market — a low-impact use balanced by the small amount of data we collect.
We do not collect special categories of data (Art. 9). We do not make automated decisions about you.
4. Who else sees this data
The pilot contact data is stored in Google Cloud Firestore, which acts as our processor under GDPR Art. 28. The database lives in the EU multi-region eur3 (Belgium + Netherlands). We do not transfer this data outside the EEA.
This site loads typefaces from Google Fonts; your IP address is processed by Google when fonts are fetched. No other third parties receive your data.
We will never sell your data or share it with anyone for marketing purposes.
5. How long we keep it
We keep pilot contact entries for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, or until you ask us to delete the entry — whichever comes first.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you can:
- ask for a copy of the data we hold about you (right of access);
- ask us to correct anything that's wrong (rectification);
- ask us to delete the entry (erasure / "right to be forgotten");
- ask us to limit how we use it (restriction);
- get the data in a portable form (portability);
- object to processing based on legitimate interest;
- withdraw your consent at any time — that doesn't affect anything we did before you withdrew.
Email hello@lastaccountingcompany.com and we'll handle it. Usually within a few days.
If you think we've handled your data wrongly, you can complain to the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman: tietosuoja.fi.
7. Updates to this notice
If we change anything material — what we collect, why, who sees it — we'll update this page and bump the date at the top. Material changes affecting people already in the pilot queue will be communicated by email.

Tämä seloste kertoo, miten The Last Accounting Company ("LAC") käsittelee henkilötietoja, jotka annat meille tämän sivuston pilottiyhteydenottolomakkeen kautta. Kerromme asiat lyhyesti — keräämme vain vähän tietoa ja käytämme sitä yhteen tarkoitukseen.

2. Mitä tietoja keräämme
Pilottiyhteydenottolomakkeesta:
- Pakolliset — nimesi, sähköpostiosoitteesi, käyttämäsi kieli ja lähetysaika.
- Valinnaiset — yrityksesi nimi sekä se, mitä itse kerrot yrityksestäsi, kirjanpidon tarpeista tai nykyisistä kipukohdista.
- Tekniset — selaimesi user-agent-tunniste ja viittaava URL, jotka tallentuvat automaattisesti lähetyksen yhteydessä. Käytämme näitä bottilähetysten torjumiseen ja sen ymmärtämiseen, miten kävijät löytävät sivustomme.
Sivusto tallentaa myös kielivalintasi (lac-lang) selaimesi paikalliseen muistiin. Se ei poistu laitteeltasi.
3. Miksi keräämme ja millä oikeusperusteella
- Käyttötarkoitus — ottaa sinut mukaan pilottijonoon, ottaa yhteyttä kun seuraava paikka avautuu sekä ymmärtää, sopiiko palvelumme yrityksellesi.
- Oikeusperuste — suostumuksesi (tietosuoja-asetuksen 6 art. 1 kohdan a alakohta), jonka annat lähettämällä lomakkeen. Lisäksi nojaamme markkinaymmärryksen osalta oikeutettuun etuun (6 art. 1 kohdan f alakohta) — vähän tietoa, vähän vaikutusta sinulle, asianmukainen tasapaino.
Emme kerää erityisiin tietoryhmiin kuuluvia tietoja (9 art.). Emme tee automaattisia päätöksiä sinusta.
4. Kuka muu näkee nämä tiedot
Pilottiyhteydenottojen tiedot tallennetaan Google Cloud Firestoreen, joka toimii käsittelijänämme tietosuoja-asetuksen 28 art. mukaisesti. Tietokanta sijaitsee EU:n monialueella eur3 (Belgia ja Alankomaat). Emme siirrä näitä tietoja ETA-alueen ulkopuolelle.
Sivusto lataa kirjasimet Google Fonts -palvelusta, jolloin Google käsittelee IP-osoitettasi. Muut kolmannet osapuolet eivät saa tietojasi.
Emme koskaan myy tietojasi tai jaa niitä markkinointitarkoituksiin.
5. Säilytysaika
Säilytämme pilottiyhteydenottojen tiedot enintään 24 kuukautta viimeisestä yhteydenotostamme, tai kunnes pyydät meitä poistamaan tiedot — sen mukaan kumpi tulee ensin.
6. Sinun oikeutesi
Tietosuoja-asetuksen mukaan sinulla on oikeus:
- saada tieto sinusta tallennetuista tiedoista (tarkastusoikeus);
- saada virheelliset tiedot oikaistuksi;
- pyytää tietojesi poistamista ("oikeus tulla unohdetuksi");
- rajoittaa käsittelyä;
- saada tiedot siirtokelpoisessa muodossa;
- vastustaa oikeutettuun etuun perustuvaa käsittelyä;
- peruuttaa suostumuksesi milloin tahansa — peruutus ei vaikuta sitä edeltäneeseen käsittelyyn.
